Recommended tools for Social Media engagement

I would recommend both Facebook and Twitter as being some of the most important Social Media tools available to a library. 1.Facebook- it can allow for you and the rest of the library staff to send out reminders for events, and also the occasional funny studying joke for when school exams begin soon. 2.Twitter- Allows for rapid news updates between staff and other members of the library, and can inform people of upcoming library events, announcements and updates.
